A sampling and cryopreservation device for intestinal contents comprises a shell, a thermocouple, a piezoelectric module and a single-chip microcomputer. A preservation structure for a sampled material in the gastrointestinal tract comprises a sampling capsule, wherein the sampling capsule is internally provided with an enveloping structure, and a drug is enveloped in the enveloping structure. The present invention effectively solves a series of problems caused by sampling triggered by a change in pH value or sampling by means of an electromechanical capsule, improves the extraction efficiency and quality of bacteria in the intestinal tract, and implements preservation and sampling of a sampled material in the gastrointestinal tract.
