To solve a problem in which, conventionally, in a particle spatial diffusion simulation performed for each weather condition, a propagation characteristic simulation is performed for all the station position candidates, and therefore, the amount of calculation increases.SOLUTION: A station design method for station design of a wireless communication system on the basis of particle information diffused in a three-dimensional space includes a step of performing a particle spatial diffusion simulation for each of a plurality of weather conditions to obtain a spatial diffusion prediction value of particles under the weather condition, a step of statistically processing the plurality of spatial diffusion prediction values corresponding to each of the plurality of weather conditions to calculate a spatial diffusion prediction statistical value of the particles, and a step of performing propagation characteristic simulation for each of a plurality of station location candidates on the basis of the spatial diffusion prediction statistical value, and calculating received power at each point for each of the plurality of station location candidates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
