According to the present invention, an information processing system is provided with: an attendance management device for managing the attendance status of a worker; a salary prepayment management device for executing processing of salary prepayment to the worker; and a salary deferred payment management device for executing processing of deferred salary payment, to the worker, of the total amount of the worker's salary minus the prepaid amount. The salary prepayment management device is provided with: a first information acquiring unit for acquiring first attendance information required for the prepayment, from the attendance management device; a prepayment processing execution unit for executing processing of the prepayment on the basis of the first attendance information; a second information acquiring unit for acquiring second attendance information required for the deferred payment, from the attendance management device; and a deferred payment processing instruction unit for instructing the salary deferred payment management device to carry out processing of the deferred payment, on the basis of the second attendance information.
