TBM-MOUNTED SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ADVANCED GEOLOGICAL FORECAST USING MERCURY

A TBM-mounted system and method for an advanced geological forecast using mercury. The system comprises a mercury concentration test module and a data processing and analyzing module; the mercury concentration test module is mounted on a TBM, and comprises an in-gas mercury concentration test unit, an in-water mercury test unit, and an in-rock mercury test unit; the units comprise corresponding sampling apparatuses (2, 12, 4), and respectively acquire gas, water, and rock samples in front of a tunnel face; the acquired samples are transmitted to mercury removal apparatuses (7a, 7b, 7c), and the removed mercury enters a mercury measuring instrument (11) for continuous measurement of a mercury concentration; the data processing and analyzing module is configured to process and analyze the measured mercury concentration to obtain concentration curve graphs of the mercury in gas, the mercury in rock, and the mercury in water in real time, and to perform an advanced geological forecast in front of the tunnel face on the basis of the concentration curve graphs.
