A chordae tendineae regulation implant (10) simple in structure and convenient to operate, a chordae tendineae regulation device (30), and a chordae tendineae regulation system (100). The chordae tendineae regulation implant (10) comprises: a lock line sleeve (11), a sleeve wall being provided with a lock line groove (111), and the lock line groove (111) extending in a circumferential direction of the lock line sleeve (11); at least two columns of gear grooves (112) arranged in an axial direction and provided on the sleeve wall of the lock line sleeve (11); and a locking elastic piece (12) provided in an inner cavity of the lock line sleeve (11) and comprising a bearing table (121) and at least two side wings (122). When the lock line groove (111) of the lock line sleeve (11) is hooked to an artificial chordae tendineae (200), the at least two side wings (122) are in a folded state, and the bearing table (121) pushes the artificial chordae tendineae (200) to move along the axial direction of the lock line sleeve (11) under the external force, so that the effective length of the artificial chordae tendineae (200) is reduced; when the effective length of the artificial chordae tendineae (200) is reduced to a target length, the at least two side wings (122) are unfolded to be clamped in the at least two columns of gear grooves (112), respectively, so that part of the artificial chordae tendineae (200) is folded and limited between the lock line sleeve (11) and the bearing table (121).
