When the lock line groove (111) of the lock line sleeve (11) is hooked to an artificial chordae tendineae (200), the at least two side wings (122) are in a folded state, and the bearing table (121) pushes the artificial chordae tendineae (200) to move along the axial direction of the lock line sleeve (11) under the external force, so that the effective length of the artificial chordae tendineae (200) is reduced; when the effective length of the artificial chordae tendineae (200) is reduced to a target length, the at least two side wings (122) are unfolded to be clamped in the at least two columns of gear grooves (112), respectively, so that part of the artificial chordae tendineae (200) is folded and limited between the lock line sleeve (11) and the bearing table (121).
