The invention concerns a procedure for the production of a sample carrier and a sample carrier for the electrical manipulation of liquid samples and for vibration spectroscopy on samples. The sample carrier shall have a substrate layer and a PCB with the PCB mounted on the substrate layer. In addition, the substrate layer has several electrodes for the electrical manipulation of liquid samples, the PCB having electrical conductions to the electrodes of the substrate layer and the PCB having several exceptions,which together with the substrate layer form a sample chamber. The invention also concerns a vibration spectroscopy system, which has a sample carrier and a vibration spectroscope.
