Disclosed are a spatiotemporal indexing method for a driver maneuver and a driver evaluation method using the same. The spatiotemporal indexing method for the driver's manual includes information on yaw rate, accelerator strength, brake strength, gear position, 3-axis acceleration sensor value, and GPS position through at least one of an on-board diagnostic device installed in a vehicle and a user terminal. Collecting data, converting the collected data into a driver's manuver sequence, and indexing the manuver sequence according to location and time.
