An urban rail transit train (T1-T3, U1-U4, V1-V4, W1-W3, L) operation method, which is suitable for lines having a combined area in a station platform and which relates to the field of rail transit. Train A and train B exist in a certain approaching area section (01.1, 01.2, 01.3, 02.1, 03.1, 3.3, 4.1, 4.2) within a combined area in a platform of a certain station. The number of grouped cars of trains A and B may be the same or different. When train A stops, trains (T1-T3, U1-U4, V1-V4, W1-W3, L) face train A within the entire length range of the approaching area (01.1, 01.2, 01.3, 02.1, 03.1, 3.3, 4.1, 4.2), and doors are opened to allow passengers to board and/or disembark. When train B stops, no doors of the cars face the approaching area (01.1, 01.2, 01.3, 02.1, 03.1, 3.3, 4.1, 4.2), and there are naturally no passengers boarding and/or disembarking. One operation cycle consists of several trips by trains (T1-T3, U1-U4, V1-V4, W1-W3, L), and the cycle comprises at least one trip by train A and at least one trip by train B.
