Disclosed is a graph-theory-based auxiliary cooling system simulation modeling method for a large passenger airplane. An auxiliary cooling system is based on a vapor compression refrigeration cycle. The method comprises: 1) firstly, according to a set encoding rule, encoding a subsystem of the auxiliary cooling system and subunits of the subsystem; 2) generating, on the basis of the encoded auxiliary cooling system, an edge set and a point set of a directed graph, and constructing the directed graph; 3) the directed graph being expressed as an adjacent matrix; 4) decoding the adjacent matrix, and acquiring the type of the subsystem of the auxiliary cooling system, a connecting manner for each subunit, and the flow direction of a refrigerating medium; and 5) according to a decoding result, performing calculation to obtain a refrigerating medium inlet state and a refrigerating medium outlet state of each subunit. By means of the modeling method, a universal auxiliary cooling system simulation model for a large passenger airplane can be established quickly and accurately, and the modeling method is applicable to the configuration of different auxiliary cooling systems and has versatility.
