Stands; brackets, adjusting and securing.- Chinaware, glass, and other goods are displayed upon a device consisting of a platform a, a wire framework b, and a support h arranged to slide and pivot on the wires to take up the positions shown in Fig. 1. The platform a is suitably grooved for securing on the frame, or otherwise mounted, and the support h is connected by diagonal staples i, by an eyeleted rod sliding on the wires b, and pivoted to the support h, or by forming this support with two sets of grooves t, u, Fig. 10, a residual portion of material v preventing complete removal. The ends g of the framework are hooked to engage in bracket sockets, or shaped to be otherwise supported. The block h, the platform a, or a removable top h1 may be provided with pins, staples, grooves or recesses to support a number of plates &c., and either may be drilled as a2, s1, Fig. 10, to support additional ring brackets. A table of one or more stages 9, 16, Fig. 21, may be fitted to the platform a to provide additional supporting surface.
