In the control tank described in Specification 969,953 and parent Specification the hollow floats at the base of the bellows, are omitted and the bellows is formed from a fabric e.g. nylon backed at its base with a foam layer e.g. rubber or synthetic foam. Reinforcing frames of rubber, rubberized fabric: or metal tubes or rods are disposed in the interior of the bellows at intervals up the side walls. The ball valve mechanism of the tank may further be protected by a fixed framework.
