Granular soil-improving agents for correcting acidity - contg. Thomas slag and lime

Granular Ca-contg. soil-improving agents for acid soils comprise a combination of Thomas slag and lime in any proportions. The agents can be used to correct initial over-acidity in agricultural soils and to continuously counteract Ca losses due to the action of CO2-contg. water, acidic fertilisers, leguminous plants, etc. The basic slag component protects the lime from dissolution until it comes into contact with acid, thereby maintaining balanced neutral soil conditions.
