The photoelectric detection of temperature uses a colour-pyrometric comparison measurements of temperature radiating from the body in two or more filtered wavelengths or narrow band wavelength ranges. Parallel measurements are simultaneously carried out on each wavelength selected via filters or on each filtered wavelength range by tube-like attachments. - The tube attachments are connected in front of the detectors and are equipped with reflecting ( ) and absorbent (S) inner layers. A comparison signal is obtained for determining the emission coefficient. The resultant wavelength-dependent difference signals are used in a further electric comparator to determine the temperature of the radiating body.
