摘要
The solder is an alloy contg. Sn, Cd, Bi, Zn, Sb and Pb, with pref. 30-40% Sn, 4-10% Bi, 1-8% Zn, 1-5% Sb, 50-60% Pb. The esp. pref. alloy (A) contains 33% Sn, 7% Cd, 4% Bi, 6% Zn, 0.3% Sb, 54.7% Pb, (which totals more than 100%). The solder is used esp. for repairing radiators, which are pickled on the surface to be soldered followed by brushing that surface with a metal brush; heating and rebrushing; rubbing the solder onto the surface and rebrushing; heating, and once more brushing the solder; then applying a second layer of solder. The radiator is pref. degreased and descaled before soldering its interior. Used esp. in the repair of Al radiators on IC engines.
