Method of planning and presenting flexible installation and handling systems for industrial production premises

A method is proposed for planning and presenting flexible installation and handling systems for industrial production premises, composed of individual modules, in which the installation or handling system is physically constructed with the aid of individual scaled-down model components (24, 26) or groups, which can be assembled from individual elements (32 to 36) of a model construction kit (10). As a result, planning costs are saved and, as compared with presentation in the form of drawings, a high degree of clarity is achieved. The model construction kit (10) can advantageously be designed as a portable chest which serves as a working aid for sales engineers. IMAGE
