A standardized collecting surface (3) to appropriate selective absorption is contacted under conditions well determined with gas, liquid or solid for the sampling of the concentration and optionally a chemical reaction well determined the trace element to be measured. The collecting surface is then carried to a contact membrane (1) heated and flushed with a carrier gas (2) of the receiving head of an analysis apparatus to obtain the analysis of the absorbed gas and / or its reaction products. Trace elements desorbed quantitatively thermally by the collecting surface (3) undergo dissolution, diffusion and evaporation through the contact membrane (1) and are carried away by the carrier gas (2) through a conduit sampling or a separating column by gas chromatography to a gas analyzer, e.g., a mass spectrometer (MS). The sampling method for analysis of qualitative and quantitative trace by means of the gas chromatography (GC) and the combination MS / GC, is simple, very fast and universal. This method is advantageously used for routine work in the analyzes of the environment, residues, food, process and quality control in medical and chemical analysis, toxicology, microbiology, research guinea pigs, pharmacology, of doping control, forensics and forensics.
