Composition for controlling the grape berry moth Lobesia botrana, containing either Z9-dodecenyl acetate (I) and E7-dodecenyl acetate (II) in a ratio by weight of 1:100 to 100:1 or (I) and/or (II) and conventional additives and auxiliaries, and also synergists and impurities as a result of the preparation process, and a method for the control of the propagation rate of the grape berry moth, the composition being used by means of the confusion technique.
