Elastic pins 3 are engaged in radial perforations 1c in a fixed sleeve 1 so that one of their ends cooperates with corresponding depressions 2a made in the periphery of the crown wheel 2 whereas their opposite end, which penetrates inside the sleeve, is brought back inside the said perforations through an outer hoop 4 so as to compress the pins against the crown wheel 2.
