PURPOSE:To prevent slippage of a tire and damage to a road surface by oscillating an arm mounted on the tire with a friction body coming into press- contact with a road surface to make any of respective spikes disposed on both ends of the arm bite into the road surface. CONSTITUTION:In an anti-slipping part B mounted on a tire A, a pair of spikes C are disposed on both the ends of an arm 1.
