A multichannel analyser oscilloscope for use on a measurement signal bus contains a standard oscilloscope with a delayed time base with accessible trigger signal. Bus signals are written into a RAM during a recording process. A computer, e.g. a PC, may be provided. The arrangement additionally detects changes in signals on the bus, converts the data read out of the RAM into alternative codes and marks the point in a displayed line corresp. to a trigger time point for the detected variation. USE/ADVANTAGE - Measurement signal bus contg. number of logical signal lines. Uses very small RAM and performs processing far above RAM's capacity.
