Agents having a cellular and tissular regenerating activity consisting of functionalized substituted dextrans, stabilized compositions containing said agents associated with at least one fibroblast growth factor (FGFs) such as a FGF acid and/or a basic FGF and/or a derivative and/or an analogue and/or a fragment of these disclosing a biological activity and their $i(in vitro) applications such as storing FGFs and cellular cultures and $i(in vivo) applications as a therapeutic agent, in particular for healing and tissular regeneration or as a cosmetic agent.
