PURPOSE: To prevent the fold-over flaw in a root terminal part in multi-layer welding onto a V-shaped bevel, at the time of welding a steel structure or a circumference of circle. ;CONSTITUTION: In the single bevel groove multi-layer welding, the terminal part elevation angle θ of the primary layer penetration welding bead 61 in the root terminal part at the sloping side of the single bevel groove is made to be ≥120 to 180° to prevent the fold-over in the root terminal part at the bevel sloping side of the penetration welding bead.
