CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR LANDSLIDE PREVENTIVE MEASURE BY PREVENTING STORMWATER FROM INFILTRATION

PURPOSE: To prevent seepage water from infiltration into a deep part in the ground, by spreading a membrane sheet with non-water-infiltration property or with a semi- water-infiltration property at the position having a depth in the ground of a slope, which depth does not constitute an obstacle to utilization as planting at a ground surface. ;CONSTITUTION: In an inclined soil to be at a target of measures against a landslide, difference parts in level are constructed at specified intervals in the direction of an incline and a slope S between the difference parts is turned into a gentle slope having an inclination, at which the landslide does not occur. After that, a membrane sheet 4 with non-water-infiltration property or a semi-water-infiltration property is spread at the position having a depth of (h) in the ground covering part or all of a block P prepared, which depth does not constitute an obstacle to utilization as planting at a ground surface. Such a process that seepage water infiltrates into a deep part in the ground, is restrained or controlled by this membrane sheet 4. Furthermore, after the seepage water collected by the membrane sheet 4 flows down on the membrane sheet 4, the seepage water is led into a drain ditch 8 through a drain pipe 7.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
