PURPOSE: To reduce drag resistance of a rotor by suppressing contact friction between both the rotor and a clutch plate, when pressing force between the rotor and the clutch plate in a wet multiple disk clutch is released. ;CONSTITUTION: Relating to a wet multiple disk clutch, a plurality of circular annular plate-shaped rotors 2' mounted in a rotary shaft 1 and a plurality of circular annular plate-shaped clutch plates 4 mounted in an internal surface of a rotatable case 3 in the periphery of the rotary shaft 1 are alternately arranged, to friction-engage these rotor and clutch plate pressed to each other in oil, so as to transmit turning force of the rotary shaft to the case. The clutch is formed by providing a plurality of notches 5 or through holes in an internal diametric side of the rotor, to feed oil between these rotor and clutch plate through the notch or the through hole in the case of separating the rotor from the clutch plate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
