摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain the new oligonucleotide capable of recognizing a nucleic acid having a base sequence of transcription abnormal type gene of human- derived cytochrome P45OIIC19, labeled with (non)radioactive substance and capable of readily diagnosing and analyzing existence of transcription abnormality. ;CONSTITUTION: This new oligonucleotide recognizes nucleic acid having a base sequence of a transfer abnormal type gene of human-derived cytochrome P450IIC19 and includes a nucleic acid corresponding to exon 6 region and/or exon 7 region of human-derived cytochrome P45OIIC19 gene in the recognizing range and labeled with radioactive or nonradioactive substance and is capable of readily diagnosing and analyzing existence of transcription abnormality of human-derived cytochrome P450IIC19 gene before administration of medicine. The oligonucleotide contains a base sequence corresponding to exon 6 region and/or exon 7 region of human-derived cytochrome P45OIIC19 gene and is obtained by designing and synthesizing a nucleic acid having 30-70% GC content and binding fluorescein, etc.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
