MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CLUB HEAD OF GOLF CLUB AND CLUB HEAD OF GOLF CLUB OBTAINED BY THE MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club head which can generate ball hitting sound preferred by a high level golf player, by manufacturing a club head by combining a plurality of constituent members by welding, soldering, diffusion bonding, or adhesion and constituting at least one constituent member of the constituent members a sintered matter of metallic powder. SOLUTION: A putter head comprises a toe part 2, central part 4, and a heal part 6, the toe part 2 and the heel part 6 are formed by a material with higher density than the central part 4. On the other hand, the central part 4 is formed by a light anticorrosive metal such as titanium. The toe part 2 has an extension part 10 protruding from its one side, and the central part 4 has a hollow 12 to contain the extension part 10. Those club head constituting members are fitted with each other, then combined by welding, soldering, diffusion bonding, or adhesion. The extension part 10 is formed in a triangular, rectangular, saw teeth, or semicircle shape for firm combination between constituent members.
