PURPOSE:To facilitate handling and improve workability by crossedly combining a rectangular tube shaped lengthwise beam formwork in which upper and lower part formwork plates and a pair of side part formwork plates are combined together, with a rectangular tube shaped breadthwise beam formwork forming an opening hole on the upper part. CONSTITUTION:By use of wire netting plates, a whole body is formed into rectangular tube shape out of a pair of side part formwork plates 2, 3, a lower part formwork plate 4 and an upper part formwork plate 5, and a lengthwise beam formwork 1a is formed by arranging separators 7 combining respective formwork plates inside the tube shaped body, capable of flatly folding. Sequentially, a breadthwise beam formwork 1b is constituted in similar construction to the lengthwise beam formwork 1a, and formed so that an upper part formwork plate 6 is nearly half in width and an opening hole 17 is formed between the upper end of the side formwork plate 2 and the opening end of the upper formwork plate 6. The lengthwise beam formwork 1a and the breadthwise beam formwork 1b are crossedly arranged contacting mutually the end parts of their side part formwork plates 2, 3, connected with metal fittings, and concrete is placed. Consequently, a storing slope frame can be formed.
