The present invention refers to an immunoenzymatic technique in solid phase utilization (ELISA) for diagnosis of infections by Nocardia brasiliensis in patients with Mycetoma. The present invention objective is to utilize a technique to diagnose human infections produced by a microbe named Nocardia Brasiliensis, since the only way to make a diagnosis of these infections up until this time, is through isolation and culture and identification of casual agent in conventional microbiological media, which takes 3 weeks; on the other hand, with this immunoenzymatic (ELISA) technique, diagnosis is obtained with a capacity of more than 98 with high sensibility and with great reproductiveness in less than 3 hours.
