A medicament (I) for treating injuries, infections, allergies, insect bites or the like in humans or animals comprises wheat-germ oil (II), in which components (III) of the plant St. John's wort are incorporated. Also claimed is the preparation of (I) by incorporating (III) (preferably the blossom) in (II).
