PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the minimization of the turbulence of fiber arrangement and the large reduction of the occurrence of noise by producing a twist yarn by a composite spinning and twisting process using double twisting principle. SOLUTION: A fiber raw material is introduced into a ring-shaped chamber 10 via fiber supplying chambers 4.1, 4.2 by an opening device; fibers are guided to a pair of spinning rotors 1, 2, separately by fiber transporting channels 6 applying vacuum; spun yarns F1 , F2 formed by spinning devices R1 , R2 are fed into a hollow spindle shaft 11 passing starting wheels 8.1, 8.2, and the first twisting is applied there; the yarn is passed through a guide channel 27 and a yarn guide tube 3, and the second twist is applied; the twist yarn F3 forming yarn balloon is freely rotated in the region of the ring-shaped chamber 10, at the same time crosses the fiber raw material fed into the chamber 10, comes out from the ring-shaped chamber 10, exits outside from a central point 37 through a ring-shaped gap 15 and is wound up by a cross spool.
