PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture an internal-external facing material having high design performance by adhering natural slates having high design performance to extrusion molding cement plates by using organic adhesives, and reinforcing support/ fixation by reinforcing metal fittings. ;SOLUTION: Extrusion molding is performed by kneading cement, an admixture, inorgnic fiber and water, and extrusion molding cement plates 12 and 12 used as internal-external facing backing materials are provided. Plural natural slates 14... such as granite, marble and andesite are adhered/fixed to these extrusion molding cement plates 12 by using organic adhesives 16 and 16, and high design performance is imparted to internal-external facing. Next, support/fixation of the natural slates 14 to the extrusion molding cement plates 12 by the adhesives 16 is reinforced by L-shaped reinforcing metal fittings 18 and 18. The adjacent natural slates are also connected to each other by a connecting metal fitting 20.
