Planning technique of land attributions by public spaces

The technique consists of determining the attribution of plots of land by colouring or hatching on a plan, not the plots themselves but the public spaces that lead to them. The literal recommendations state that indicating the attribution of plots by means of the public space creates no obligations for the public space itself; this indication suggests the nature of the development of this public space that needs to be envisaged in harmony with its surroundings.
