The low temperature drying washing machine is equipped with a decompression pump and a microwave generator, and is equipped with a fixed washing tub and a cover that can withstand vacuum pressure and does not leak microwave to the outside. The pressure inside the fixed washing tub is lowered by the decompression pump, and when the laundry is supplied with the evaporation energy by the microwave, the laundry can be effectively dried. The laundry drying method using the low temperature drying washing machine can appropriately terminate the drying process of the laundry based on the maximum vacuum pressure inside the fixed washing tub.
