摘要

FIELD: biotechnology, microbiology, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the strain of actinomyces that is able to inhibit growth of phytopathogens and enhance growth of plants and decrease a sensitivity of plants to fungal infection. Strain of actinomyces Streptomyces lydicus WJEC 108 is isolated from soil and deposited in American collection of type cultures (ATCC) at N 55445. Strain inhibits growth phytopathogens: Pythium ultimum, Phanerechaete chrysosporum, Coryolus versicolor, Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium sambucinetum. On the basis of the above indicated strain a composition is prepared. This composition has strain and delivery medium including at least one of components: alginate gel, turf moss, sand, corn meal. Ammonium chloride can be added additionally as a source of nitrogen. Method of decrease of sensitivity of plant to fungal infection involves treatment of roots or seeds with the above indicated strain or strain-containing composition. Invention ensures to protect plants from phytopathogenic fungi and stimulate plant growth. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of the strain proposed. 11 cl, 9 tbl, 13 ex
