PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an influence on a circumferential environment and an ecology by providing a circulating water pump between an intake port and a condenser, providing a condenser tube in the condenser, extending the tube, and discharging cooling water lowered at its temperature outside the condenser out of a generator facility. ;SOLUTION: A condenser tube extended portion 11 constituted to externally extend a plurality of condenser tubes 3 out of the condenser 2 in the condenser 2 is provided with a side face 13 surrounding to oppose an outer wall 14 of the condenser 2. A cooling water from a circulating water pump 5 provided between an intake port 4 and the condenser 2 is supplied to a water chamber 16 having the face 13 and a water chamber cover 15 to introduce the water to the tubes 3 of the condenser 2. Then, a temperature of the water is lowered by heat exchanging with the water before flowing to the tubes 3, and the lowered water is discharged out of a generator facility.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
