PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum impregnation casting device which can sufficiently defoam an impregnating resin before curing and, in addition, can shorten the lead time of a resin injecting process. ;SOLUTION: A vacuum impregnation casting device is provided with a resin tank 2 filled up with an impregnating resin 1, a casting tank 4 which is connected to the resin tank 2 through an injection pipe 3 through which the resin 1 is made to flow and, at the same time, loaded with a molding tool 5 holding an armature winding 6 inside, a resin tank evacuating pipe 22 which is connected between the tanks 2 and 4 and evacuates the tank 2, and a vacuum pump 7 which is provided outside the tank 4 and simultaneously sets the insides of the tanks 4 and 2 communicating with each other through the pipe 22 to negative pressures. The impregnating resin 1 is composed of a cold curing resin and a blending agitator 24 which blends a curing agent with the chief material of the resin 1 by agitation is provided in the resin tank 2. In addition, an aeration preventing valve 31 which intercepts air is provided in the route of the injection pipe 3 in the casting tank 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
