PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely read a fixed mark which is difficult to be imitated and reproduced by a comparatively easy means as being based on enhancement of security of a card by physically engraving the mark on an information card.;SOLUTION: A justice judgment system 12 is provided with the information card 10 that many fine through holes 18 are formed for a card base 14 in which fixed data are recorded by a specified means according to a specified pattern, a means to detect states of the through holes 18 formed on the information card 10 and a means to judge justice of the information card 10 based on a detection result. In this case, the detecting means is provided with a light emitting part 26 to irradiate one surface of the information card 10 with light, a light receiving part 28 to grasp transmitted light from the light emitting part 26 on the side of the other surface and the justice is judged based on output of the light receiving part 28 by the judging means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
