PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building external facing thermal insulating substrate material capable of being mounted in a temporary state by forcedly pushing work without boring holes for mounting it to a building skeleton and to provide an execution method of building external facing structure capable of being quickly and easily mounted to the building skeleton by pushing work against stud bolts on the skeleton side or pushing work of the stud bolts against the substrate material. ;SOLUTION: A building external facing thermal insulating substrate material is the thermal insulating substrate material 1 capable of being mounted to a building skeleton 15 in a plurality of places with stud bolts 16. Then, a thin mounting section 5 capable of making the stud bolts pass through it is formed by corresponding with mounting intervals and pushing them against it.
