It is prepared from a synthesis mixture having a molar RATIO Ni or Co (divalent cation) to aluminum (CATION trivalent) between 1: 1 and 10: 1, a mole ratio anion monocarboxylic A ALUMINUM (CATION trivalent) BETWEEN 0.1 : 1 and 1.2: 1 and optionally other additives anions.
