The request dispatch optimization method uses a process model for distribution of the task execution requests between a local work management system for supervising the job execution and a number of remote work management systems for supervising execution of different tasks. Optimization data for the dispatch of the tasks is determined via analytical and/or discrete simulation means and inserted in an overall optimization function, with corresponding new configuration of the remote work management systems.
