PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of experiment control including setting of an experiment condition by inputting a tested animal item and a measurement item correlated to each other into in input area arranged in the matrix form. SOLUTION: In an input screen on a display, a matrix input unit 30, a tested animal information input unit 32, and a measurement parameter information input unit 34 are arranged. In the matrix input unit 30, the respective pluralities of animal species inputting rows and measurement item inputting rows are arranged, and over the matrix input unit 30, a tested animal species icon and a measurement item icon are arranged. To the tested animal species icon, tested animal information for a template is correlated, while to the measurement item icon, measurement parameter information for a template is correlated. The tested animal species icon and the measurement item icon are arranged in the input unit 30, and on the basis of the indicated input form, information about the tested animal and information about a measurement parameter such as memory setting for a graph shown during the measurement is inputted.
