PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite system capable of obtaining a high elevation angle in each service area and improving the application efficiency of each service area even when the longitudes of respective service areas in a medium longitude area of the northern and southern hemispheres are different. ;SOLUTION: A satellite existing on an inclined synchronous elliptic orbit that an orbit inclination is ≥30° and ≤65°, the longitudinal positions of near points and that of far points exist near an approximate equator and the argument of a certain near point is 0° or 180 is used.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
