Emulsion composition comprises an aqueous phase (A), an oil phase (B) and at least a surfactant (C), characterized in that the oil phase comprises at least a volatile fluorine containing oil and that the surfactant is chosen from silicones having at least an anionic group. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use of a silicone surfactant containing at least an anionic group for the preparation of a stable emulsion comprising an aqueous phase and oil phase comprising a volatile fluorine containing oil.
