PURPOSE: A method of installing a fire extinguishing shell and a fireproof belt is provided to easily spread a fire extinguishing agent by employing a high-angle gun dropping a fire extinguishing shell, to easily extinguish a forest fire with the improved fire extinguishing shell and to cut off expansion of a forest fire with a fireproof belt. CONSTITUTION: A warhead is formed of a fire extinguishing agent case(1). The outer shape of the fire extinguishing agent case is formed in the shape the same as that of the warhead for a bomb for general aerial dropping. A fire extinguishing agent(2) is filled in the fire extinguishing agent case. A shock type detonator(5) for exploding an explosive(4) is mounted in the front of the warhead. The explosive is installed in contact with the detonator to be exploded by the detonator. A tail vane fixing shaft(7) and a tail vane(6) are mounted at rear of the tail. If the detonator is ignited by the shock against the ground, the explosive is blasted and the fire extinguishing agent is scattered.
