METHOD FOR MANAGING VARIOUS STATIONS OF OPTICAL-LINE MONITORING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for managing various stations of an optical-line monitoring system is provided to efficiently manage the system, by enabling information on the stations and operators to be added, modified and deleted easily. CONSTITUTION: A remote-station management screen is provided(S201). A user's request is determined in response to an input via the remote-station management screen(S202). According to the input of a user, a station such as a concentrated station, a remote station or a telephone office is added(S203-S206), a station is modified(S207,S210-S213) and a station is deleted(S208,S209). When the remote-station management screen is closed, map data is stored in a database, and an alarm is displayed(S214).
