PURPOSE: A method for issuing a discount coupon through the Internet is provided for a user to access an advertisement site to watch an advertisement while the user orders and issues the discount coupon by searching a site providing the discount coupon. CONSTITUTION: An operator site(4) using a web browser being provided in a service company server, an Internet network(3), a member computer(1) and a member store computer(2) being connected to the operator site(4) through the Internet network(3) are provided. A discount data DB(5) comprises a display code for displaying data having a discount classification and discount contents as a predetermined form. A member information DB(6) manages member's ID and password. A member store information DB(7) manages the member store' ID and password and an introduction of the member store and advertisement material. An ordering information DB(8) manages discount coupons ordered by a member according to members and member stores. An issuing information DB(9) manages discount coupons ordered by a member store according to members and member stores. A results information DB(10) manages the results according to members and member stores after a discount coupon is issued.
