The method involves determining the elastic and viscoplastic material constants based on the size and structure of the supporting real area, the form of a test body, the value of the admitting force, and the service life under load. The nominal area preset by a test body with respect to supporting real area and the faulty area is measured using microelectronic contact sensors. An independent claim is also included for an electronic examination device.
