A camera (1) controlled by a controller (3), photographs the road plan which is the opposing lane at crossing point where vehicles turn to the right cross point. The controller controls display of photographed image on elevated display board (2) installed on the road in front of the crossing points such that the display image is clearly visible to the driver of vehicles.
