PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treating agent which will not leach out after resin setting, calcium carbonate treated with the agent, and a one-liq. type moisture setting resin composition having good storage stability and never generate grains caused by leached, then aggregated, and deposited surface treating agent. ;SOLUTION: The surface treating agent for calcium carbonate comprising an isocyanate compound having an alkyl ester group as shown in formula, calcium carbonate treated with the surface treating agent, and a one-liq. type moisture setting resin composition which comprise 0.5-30 pts.wt. surface treating agent and 5-300 pts.wt. calcium carbonate or 5-300 pts.wt. calcium carbonate treated with the surface treating agent to 100 pts.wt. resin, are provided. In the formula, A is the residue of an isocyanate compound of which isocyanate group is eliminated, (n) is an integer 1-3, R is an alkyl group, but when n=1, it is an alkyl group having not less than 8 carbons, when n=2 or 3, Rs may be same or different alkyl groups, but at least one on of them must be an alkyl group having not less than 8 carbons.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
