PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new osteoplastic medicine exhibiting a higher osteoplastic activity, to provide an osteoplastic medicinal composition, and to provide an osteoplastic combinational medicine.;SOLUTION: This osteoplastic medicine characterized by containing IL-11 for simultaneous use or continuous use together with an osteoconductive factor in an osteoplastic treatment as an active ingredient or by containing an osteoconductive factor for simultaneous use or continuous use together with the IL-11 as an active ingredient. The osteoplastic medicinal composition, characterized by containing the osteoconductive factor and the IL-11 as active ingredients.
